Senior Sales Advisor

The Role: 

The successful candidate will often be the first point of contact with our customers so a warm, professional, attentive style of communication will be required in this customer-facing role.

As part of a small team, reporting to the store owner/manager, you will work with other team members in a collaborative style drawing upon the team’s strengths to ensure we offer the best possible advice and service to our customers. As a business focused on continual improvement, we value your contribution and ideas in shaping how we grow and develop to better meet the need of our diverse customer base.


  • Greeting customers, first impressions matter.
  • Identifying and addressing the wants and needs of our customers.
  • Advising on suitable products and services
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
  • Assisting the manager with the day-to-day running of the store
  • Ensuring that the product is effectively merchandised.
  • Keeping the store clean and tidy to a high standard
  • Working as a team player with colleagues to manage tasks and solve issues.
  • Use the Citrus-Lime Point of Sale system in the administration of sales, repairs, and stock management.
  • As a centre of the local cycling/triathlon community you will be expected to support the team at presentations and events in-store.

Remuneration Package:

  • Salary range £24000 to £28,000.

Hours of Work:

  • We are open 9.00 to 17.30 Tuesday – Saturday
  • 1hr lunch break to be taken to fit in with the needs of the business.
